| September 17, 2007: The Cornell University Chorus sang Sunday, September 9, at the 4p.m. Sage Chapel Vespers Service. The Chorus performed pieces inspired by text taken from Psalm 118, "This is the day that the Lord has made."

| Fall 2007 Choral Auditions |
 |
| August 27, 2007: Fall Auditions for all music department vocal ensembles were held in Lincoln Hall, from August 19-23. The 10-minute audition is necessary to audition for the Cornell University Chorus and Glee Club, Cornell Chorale, Chamber Singers, Sage Chapel Choir, and World Music Choir. The first round of Chorus callback auditions were held Sunday, August 25. Please see the Auditions page for more information.

| Sage Chapel Vespers Service |

| August 27, 2007: The Cornell University Chorus and Glee Club performed Sunday at the first ever Sage Chapel Vespers Service. The new 4 p.m. service will have an increased focus on the integration of music and other art forms into the worship.

| Orientation Week Concert |
 |
| August 27, 2007: On Saturday, August 18, the Cornell University Chorus and Glee Club sang in their annual Orientation Week Concert, to kick-off the Week's festivities. They performed a diverse selection of choral repertoire, finishing with a rousing set of Cornell Songs.

This spring we were particularly excited to announce a generous bequest to the Chorus and Glee Club from alumnus Stephen Gottesman '64. | Hawaiian or a Catskills Vacation Package Raffle |
 |
| May 28, 2007: During the Senior Week Concert on May 26, the Cornell University Chorus and Glee Club raffled off a trip for two to Hawai'i and a weekend retreat in the Catskill Mountains to raise money for the upcoming joint tour of China in Spring of 2008. The raffle was a bg success, raising over $6500. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

| Chorus Canada Tour 2007 |

| March 2, 2007: The Cornell University Chorus will embark on an eight-day concert tour of Quebec and Ontario beginning on March 16th. This tour will take us to Oakville, Ottawa, Drummondville, Quebec City, Montreal, Liverpool NY, and will conclude with a concert at Cornell's Sage Chapel. | Spring Auditions |

| January 18, 2007: The Cornell University Chorus, Glee Club, Chorale, and Chamber Singers hold joint first-round auditions at the beginning of each academic semester. Registered first-round auditions will be held on Thursday, January 25th and Friday, January 26th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. | Twilight Concert and Raffle |

During the concert, we will be holding a raffle drawing to raise money for our Spring 2007 tour to Canada.
