Online purchases made at cuchorus.com must be returned within 90 days and must be new and unused. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including CD recordings.
You must have a printed receipt from our in order to return a cuchorus.com item.
Shipping/Handling costs cannot be refunded. However, the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Other restrictions may apply.
To return an item by mail, you will need to send the Chorus a package including: (1) the item to be returned, (2) a written request for a refund that includes your mailing address, and (3) a printed copy of the online receipt.

Alternatively, you can return an item in person. Simply give the item you are returning to a Sales Manager or General Manager of the Chorus along with a printed copy of the receipt and your address.
After the item is returned, the Chorus will send you a check for the amount of the purchase plus tax within 30 days. If you do not receive your refund within that time period, contact the general manager at gm@chorus.cornell

You will not be placed on any mailing or emailing lists unless you request to be on our newsletter mailing list, or fill out our alumnae survey with an updated address.

Our website may offer links to other sites. Other sites have their own policies regarding privacy. If you visit one of these sites, you may want to review the privacy policy on that site. In addition, you may have linked to our website through another site. You may want to refer to the privacy policies on those sites to see how they collect and use this information.

Safe Shopping
